Everything you need for a productive seminar
Reute offers comfortable and contemporary spaces for seminars, meetings and presentations. Thoughtful layouts and a peaceful atmosphere create an environment that supports both focused work and open discussion.
Depending on the size of your group and the nature of the event, seminars can be held either in the sea-view restaurant or in one of the residences. In the restaurant, tables can be arranged to suit the purpose of the day, whether you are planning group work or a presentation.
In the residences, teams can gather around a large shared table for a more informal and relaxed discussion. The restaurant comfortably accommodates up to 15 people and a residence up to 10 people.
Presentation equipment and high-speed internet are available on site, so your team can focus on what matters most: productive work and good collaboration.
Refreshing breaks and memorable food
The kitchen at Reute Restaurant makes sure that good food is part of the seminar experience.
We offer catering options to suit different schedules and occasions, from morning coffee and light snacks to a varied buffet lunch or an elegant dinner. Menus can be adapted to your preferences and the format of the day.
When your seminar lasts longer
If your seminar or training programme continues over several days, there is no need to travel home at the end of the working day.
Reute Residences offers 11 contemporary and elegant guest apartments, providing comfortable accommodation for the whole team and a peaceful place to relax after a productive day.
Team activities
At Reute, a seminar can easily be combined with relaxation and shared experiences.
The private Reute Spa features a steam sauna, traditional Finnish sauna and pool, offering your team a relaxing way to unwind after the working day.
You can also complete the day with dinner at Reute Restaurant or another shared activity. A well-planned programme gives your team time to connect outside the meeting room as well.
More than a seminar venue
Reute is located beside the Võsu beach promenade, away from the noise of the city.
The sea, pine forests and beautiful Lahemaa nature create a peaceful setting for focused work and fresh ideas. Time spent outdoors or an evening walk along the beach brings a natural balance to the working day and leaves room for conversations that might not happen around a meeting table.
