

Spa Visitor Guidelines
- You use the spa at your own risk, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
- The spa is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left in
the lobby, changing rooms, or lockers. - Please shower before entering the pool and after using the sauna.
- Hair dyeing, the use of body care products, and shaving should be
done at home. - Be cautious – wet floors may be slippery.
- The use of sauna whisks, honey, essential oils, or similar products in
the sauna is not permitted. - Please respect the relaxation of others and maintain a quiet
atmosphere. - Children under the age of 14 are allowed in the spa only when
accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) who ensures their safety. - If your little one is not yet potty trained, we kindly ask that they wear
a swim diaper. - Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
- The pool depth is 135 cm.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the spa.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa area.
- The spa is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from
visitor negligence and will not compensate for any related damages. - Please use spa facilities with care. The service provider has the right to request compensation for lost or damaged property.
- Please adhere to your reserved visit time.
- Staff reserves the right to deny entry to or ask guests to leave if they
are in a condition that may disturb others. - For the safety of all guests, the spa pool area is under video
surveillance.
